Cheat sheet: Five quick ways to boost your protein

Adding protein to your diet doesn't always mean you need to get the recipe books out. These five quick ways to boost your protein intake without going out of your way!
- Omelet or quiche: Add 1 tablespoon of protein powder to raw eggs when beating them. Cook the omelet or quiche as usual, adding your favorite fillings.
- Pancakes: Add 2 tablespoons of protein powder to your pancake batter. Cook as you normally would
- Winter Soup Thickener: Add 1-2 tablespoons of protein powder to your cream-based soup while it’s cooking. Stir well to incorporate.
- Meatballs: Mix 1/2 cup of protein powder into the raw mince of your favorite meatball recipe. Shape into balls and cook as usual.
- Breading for Chicken, Fish or Schnitzel: Combine 1/2 cup of protein powder with desired seasonings. Coat chicken, fish or schnitzel cut with the mixture before frying or baking.
