Whipped Greek Yoghurt (with flavour variations)

Your imagination is the limit for this one. Once you’ve made your protein packed base, you can enjoy it as is, or try one of our variations below:

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop (60ml) Whey Me Up Protein Powder - Unflavoured

Variations: 

Chocolate - Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of cacao powder to base ingredients. You may wish to sweeten to taste with your preferred sweetener. 

Vanilla - Add 5ml vanilla extract to base ingredient and whip.

Honey - Add two large teaspoons of runny or creamed honey to base ingredients and whip

Berry - Add two teaspoons of your preferred freeze-dried berry powder or 30-60ml berry compote to base ingredients and whip. 

Peanut butter - Add one teaspoon cacao powder and two teaspoons smooth peanut butter to base ingredients and whip. Peanut butter can be substituted for other nut butter of your choosing. 

Method: 

Using a mixer with the whisk attachment, food processor or an immersion blender, add the yoghurt, protein powder and any other ingredients for your chosen variation.

Whip until well combined and smooth.

Enjoy your high protein yoghurt on its own or with your favourite blend of granola and fresh berries. 

This Greek yoghurt with protein powder can be made right before serving or stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week.
